Cynthia Livesay earned her Baccalaureate degree in Business Administration with emphasis in Finance & Economics from California Lutheran University in Thousand Oaks, as well as being a licensed Realtor, designated e-Pro & member in good standing of the Women’s Council of Realtors. She served as the Controller of a small new home development company in Woodland Hills for nearly 10 years, and was the CFO of an entertainment software developer in Simi Valley for 15 years prior to obtaining her Real Estate license some two years ago. She began her real estate sales career with Coldwell Banker Distinctive Properties in Simi Valley where she booked listings and sales in excess of $2 million during her first year. In November 2006, Cynthia made the move to Keller Williams Exclusive Properties in Simi Valley, and in March of 2007 she joined Robert Harris & Associates as the full-time Director of Marketing, Client Relations, Listing Management & Transaction Coordinator. Cynthia organizes and maintains all facets of the team’s listings from contract signing to close of escrow which includes but is not limited to regular client contact, photos, virtual tours, conventional (Homes & Land, Ventura County Star, Daily News, Real Estate Weekly) and extensive Internet marketing, multiple MLS entry, Realtor.com listing enhancement, as well as Top Producer & Excell spreadsheet management for all listings. Cynthia has called Simi Valley her home for nearly 23 years. Her daughter, Courtney is in her senior year at Berkley. In her spare time, Cynthia likes to ballroom dance, play tennis and belongs to a few historical re-enactment groups, as well as spending time with her daughter & their two dogs.
